Synopsis
An East Berlin taxi driver’s shift on Christmas Eve turns into a self-reflection on life, society, and his strained relationship with his wife.
This short film, written for GDR television by Günter Kunert, was banned for its modernistic style and its negative presentation of socialist ideas.
