Synopsis
A report on the history, traditions and social changes in South Yemen, which became the People's Democratic Republic of Yemen under a Marxist government. The documentary focuses in particular on the historically important Hadramaut region in the southeastern part of the country, which has been a center of Arabic civilization for 4 millennia.
