This documentary profiles twenty-six-year-old Sylvia Erdmann, a true Berliner, at her job at a television electronics plant in Berlin-Pankow. Her relationships with her colleagues in the Progress I, her honest and optimistic comments and her high standards for herself and her future partner combine to create a portrait of a reliable and friendly young woman.
