After profiling young people from the country, the second installment in Roland Steiner's Jugend-Zeit documentary series gives teenagers from Berlin a chance to share their lives and viewpoints. The young people featured in the documentary engage in discussions with the film team and with each other. As they think about the future, many of them expect that their lives will turn out better than those of their parents. Intercut with the interviews are scenes of the teenagers' lives in "their" city.
