Synopsis
Titta (Katharina Thalbach) seems to lead a completely normal life: she is in her mid-thirties with a husband, children and a stable job. But all of a sudden, she is overcome by the feeling that she is only lying to herself by pretending everything is in harmony and that she needs to begin a new and different life.
Titta begins to make radical changes. She quits her job to become a photography student, begins telling strangers lies about her life, and reports on her fictious affairs to her husband. When she meets Ludwig, she believes he might be the key to fulfilling her dreams, but he too, proves to be a disappointment.
