Synopsis
Ed Martin witnesses a murder at the American hotel where he works. Although the real murderer is quickly found, he is released in exchange for keeping a dangerous secret: papers he stole from the murder contain evidence of corruption and ties between certain politicians and the criminal underworld.
The situation has already attracted too much attention, and the police need to catch a new murderer in order to close the case. Ed Martin, who saw everything that happened, seems to the perfect victim.
The film is based on the play "Merry Go Round" by American author and Hollywood screenwriter Albert Maltz.
