Even though human beings yearning for peace, wars continue to occur and seem to be becoming ever more terrible and deadly. Who profits from and promotes wars? Who suffers because of them? This film tries to provide answers to these questions, coming to the conclusion that new powers are emerging who might finally be able to make this yearning for peace into reality.
