Synopsis
In this silhouette animated film, two hands cut out a man, who then goes on a journey with the scissors who brought him to life. The children are thrilled by the shapes he cuts, but the arrogant mayor throws him out of town when he makes a caricature of her. The man cuts out a giant bird that lays a giant egg in the town square, and the city council is forced to offer a reward to anyone willing to sit on the egg and hatch it. The man gets the last laugh when the greedy mayor takes on this task.
