Synopsis
The building of the Berlin Wall is justified as a necessary measure to prevent West German imperialist aggression and preserve the peace. In particular, the film looks back at recent history since 1948 and warns viewers about the alleged "Deco II" plans, whereby NATO and West German were to march on the GDR.
