The Student Conduct and Community Standards Office will assist students, campus partners, and outside third party agencies in the completion of student conduct record requests.
All requests are processed per the Policy on Reporting Student Conduct Records.

To request an electronic copy of your student conduct records, email mountida@vlpc.com using your Mount Ida College email.
For students requiring a specific form completed as part of their transfer process: Students should complete their section of the form, scan it and send it to mountida@vlpc.com.
