North and ISB Chiller Plants The new chiller plants increase the reliability and capacity of two existing regional chiller plants. One is located in the Engineering quadrant on the north side of campus. The other is located to the east of the Integrated Sciences Building. In addition to comfort-related cooling (i.e. air conditioning), chilled water service is also used for research-focused, process-related purposes. |

John W. Olver Design Building The John W. Olver Design Building is located on the southern portion of parking Lot 62 north of the Studio Arts Building and houses academic programs including Landscape Architecture & Regional Planning, the Department of Architecture, and the Building Construction Technology program. The ODB showcases integrated design through a stacked courtyard surrounded by studios, classrooms, workshops, and offices. |

South College Academic Facility South College is a multipurpose facility that has undergone renovations with upgrades to all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Additionally, the building received a four-story addition to the Hicks way/west side of the building that includes common areas, faculty offices, classrooms and auditoria with state-of-the-art audio-visual and communications systems. |

Morrill Courtyard Utilities The University identified deficiencies and deterioration in the steam and underground utility systems in the corridor between Morrill II and IV. This extensive project addressed structurally deficient manholes, deteriorated asbestos-insulated steam lines, and non-code compliant rails and accessibility deficiencies to the Morrill Buildings. |

Old Chapel Renovation Renovations to the iconic structure included a new entry pavilion, a new double height entry lobby with an elevator, a new multipurpose space, and the unveiling of the existing rose window on the north elevation viewed from the Great Hall for the first time since 1936. |
