Empowerment Based Groups
Here and Now
In a world that is constantly changing, staying grounded can be a helpful and healthy way to cope. Participants will learn new meditation tools, revisit familiar techniques, and work to build their individual meditative toolkit.
Not What I Expected. Now What?
Focus: First Year Students
Starting college can present challenges in the best of times, let alone during a pandemic. Incoming first-year college students will have space to process through their individual and collective challenges in a group of peers.
This is Really Happening
To say 2020 has presented many challenges may be an understatement. However your path has been altered, be it losing a job, being a front-line worker, immune compromised, worried for the safety of yourself or loved ones, this group may be for you.
Relationship Glow Up
A support group for LGBTQIA+ people exploring how identity, conflict, and microaggressions impact you and your partners. The LGBTQIA+ community can come together in a supportive space to discuss healthy relationships. The group will operate from a trauma informed intersectional lens when viewing how social identities interact and affects their individual experiences. This group is scheduled for Mondays from 2:30-4:30 pm. It will be held via Zoom.
Healing Based Groups (for Survivors of Sexual Violence)

Focus: General Survivor Support
With support of the group, survivors and people impacted by trauma and sexual violence will work together to heal.
