Provide affordable housing as well as educational seminars to first time home buyers and technical assistance to businesses and facilitates access to small business loans. Offers one on one foreclosure prevention counseling to homeowners throughout Hampshire County. Foreclosure prevention includes extensive counseling around debt management and budgeting. Provides single room occupancies through income eligible screenings.

YWCA Supervised Visitation

Offer a safe place for visitation with the non-custodial parent for victims of domestic violence and their children. Visitation is tailored to a family's level of risk. The program can accommodate on-site monitored visits, on-site unsupervised visits, or neutral and monitored exchanges, where staff supervise pick-up and drop-off between residential and non-residential parents.
