Offers one on one foreclosure prevention counseling to homeowners throughout Hampshire County. Foreclosure prevention includes extensive counseling around debt management and budgeting. Offer a safe place for visitation with the non-custodial parent for victims of domestic violence and their children. Visitation is tailored to a family's level of risk.
