ServiceNet offers many mental health and human services throughout Western Massachusetts and Worcester County. These services include addiction services, brain injury services, child and adolescent services, counseling and psychiatry, developmental services, mental health recovery services, shelter and housing, and vocational services.

Offer individual therapy, crisis intervention, "lets talk" informal walk-in sessions, sexual assault services, substance abuse therapy, end of semester support program, as well as group therapy and support groups. Consultations for behavioral medicine screenings for mind/body medicine, psychiatric consultation, mental health consultations, and eating disorder consultation are also offered.
