Provide small business owners and entrepreneurs in Massachusetts with tools and guidance. They provide free and confidential one-to-one business advice to prospective and existing small businesses focusing on business growth and strategies, financing and loan assistance as well as strategic marketing and operational analysis. Low-cost educational training programs are offered.

Mass Legal Help
Offer free legal resources and explanations of Massachusetts laws and procedures. Topics include children and family, consumer and debt, criminal records CORI, domestic violence, employment and unemployment, health and mental health, housing and homelessness, immigration, income and benefits, and school.

Mass Migrant Education Program
The Massachusetts Migrant Education Program serves children of current or formerly migratory agricultural workers and fisherman. Programs include: Academic summer programs, family literacy programming, English/Life Skills and Pre-HiSET classes for Out of School Youth, and Career and Graduation Exploration for High School and Out of School Youth. Northampton Interfaith Help Fund
The Interfaith Help Fund provides emergency financial assistance on Tuesday afternoons from 1:00-3:00 to residents of Hampshire County who have exhausted their own resources. Most common needs are for those facing electric shut-off, eviction, or inadequate heating fuel.

Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D)
Groups of 10 or more can request a R.A.D. class which teaches about the law as it pertains to self-defense, and then covers risk awareness, risk recognition, risk reduction, risk avoidance, and teaches some basic sexual assault self-defense techniques.

Safe Passage
Hotline advocates can provide support, resources, and assistance with safety planning for survivors of domestic violence. Provide emergency shelter in a confidential location, for the safety of our guests. Community services include counseling, advocacy, peer support, and legal services, offered at our office in Northampton and in locations throughout Hampshire County. Safe Passage serves survivors of all genders. Services are free, accessible to people with disabilities, and confidential and available in English, Spanish, and other languages. Volunteering opportunities available.
