Set the standards for the operation of mental health facilities and community residential programs and provide clinical, rehabilitative and supportive services for individuals with serious mental illness or serious emotional disturbance. Individuals who meet criteria are eligible for community-based services. Community services include: residential options, case management, in-home treatment for children and adolescents, outpatient services, dual diagnosis treatment, day treatment, etc.

Provide groceries to people who are in need, unemployed, or are recipients of the WIC programs or welfare. Kid’s Bag Pantry Program offers children a bag of food for the week. Community Care Kitchen provides meals for all to enjoy. Other programs include Senior Brown Bags and a Mobile Food Truck. The Clothing Closet offers gently used clothes, bedding, and small household items for children and adults ($3 per bag).
