1. What will your challenge be?

  1. If you don't want to think of your own Challenge, meet us at the Notch on April 23rd between 10am-2pm.  We will be at the base handing out treats and free swag!  Rain Date April 30, same time. You can customize the hike to suit your needs.  OR
  2. Personalize your individual or team challenge! Your challenge can be fun, creative, relaxing or physical. You can better yourself, your community, and just have fun... whatever speaks to you!
Do you want out of the box ideas? Consider some of these!
  • Hike the 7 Sisters with your team
  • Knit a funky hat
  • Build something for your home
  • Spring clean a neighbor's yard who can use a hand
  • Host a plant swap
  • Host a Mario Kart tournament to raise funds
  • Learn something new - like a yoga flow, or an app
  • Try a new skateboard or roller skating trick
  • Read a book
  • Flip something you thrifted
  • Or, choose your own!

2. Raise Awareness and/or Funds

Use your platforms and networks to make a difference!  Sharing resources can help a friend, help your community, and make a real impact in supporting survivors and a violence free community.  
 

Raising Awareness: Here's a link to our Social Media kit that you can use.

Raising Funds: All contributions will directly support survivors and a violence-free community through services such as: 

  • Free 24/7 support and advocacy hotline      
  • Safety planning      
  • Help obtaining a restraining order and working through the legal system      
  • Support while in the hospital for medical care including a Sexual Assault Nurse Exam (SANE)      
  • Ongoing Counseling & Support groups      
  • Workshops on topics such as consent, healthy relationships, and bystander intervention 
  • Intensive trainings such as “Community Leaders in Violence Prevention “     
  • Trainings on “How to Receive a Disclosure and Support Survivors”

Once you sign up using the form above, you will be sent a Fundraising toolkit via email to help you with this!
