Jeungok Choi

Associate Professor

I have a long-term research objective of developing, implementing, and disseminating mobile-based application to improve older adults’ self-management of chronic health problems.

Current Research
My current project is to develop tablet-based cognitive behavioral intervention (Tab-CBI) application, and to pilot test to see if it improves a simple walking activity with a goal of alleviating Rheumatoid Arthritis fatigue. Tab-CBI was developed based on the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
