Benjamin Marlin

Associate Professor

My research interests lie at the intersection of artificial intelligence, machine learning and statistics. I am particularly interested in scalable approximate learning and inference in hierarchical probabilistic graphical models, as well as learning in the presence of complex forms of uncertainty and missing data.

Current Research
My current research has a particular emphasis on machine learning models and algorithms for multivariate time series data with applications to clinical and mobile health (mHealth) data.
