Log in to our Provider Portal. Click on "I have a UMass Net ID"
Once logged in, click “Appts” on the top gray menu bar
Search for the appointment type:
Under search for Group Appointment, select “Yes” (if you miss this step it will not work!)
Clinic: choose “Center for Counseling & Psychological Health”
Reason: choose the workshop you wish to register for
Provider: this should automatically populate with the group facilitators name. Hit “Submit”
The title of your workshop will include a date at the end. This is the start date of the workshop. Find this date on the embedded calendar and click on it.
A green box with the time the workshop starts will populate. Click on the time to register. (Please note that some workshops that do not start on 15 minute increments of the hour may show slightly adjusted times- for example a 9:50 group might show up as 10 or 9:45. Please arrive to the group at the exact time listed on the groups website, not the appointment slot listed in the portal)
If you have correctly registered, you will receive 2 emails. One will confirm the appointment. The other will have a Zoom link embedded. You should also be sent the Zoom link as a reminder 1 day before the workshop begins. If you have any questions prior to the start of the workshop, you can reach out to the group facilitator via the messaging function within the provider portal.
