Getting Started

The Center for Counseling and Psychological Health (CCPH) offers a variety of free workshops that focus on various topics, including stress management, self-esteem, relationships, emotional wellness, social anxiety, and ADHD. Click here to learn more and register online.

Not sure what you need? Try Let's Tele-Talk for an informal consultation

A free, confidential session with a counselor consultant from the Center for Counseling and Psychological Health (CCPH) via Zoom. “Let’s TeleTalk” isn’t formal counseling or mental health treatment. It’s a chance to briefly share what’s on your mind, find support, and get recommendations. No topic is off-limits! Click here to learn more or register for a session.

For a formal consultation

If you have never been to CCPH, you can be scheduled for a 45 minute consultation with a licensed clinician by calling our main number Monday through Friday between 8:30am and 4:30pm at (413) 545-2337. Appointments are booked throughout the day and we have many same-day appointments available.

At the end of your consultation we will work with you to create a plan that best meets your needs. This may include registering for a group or workshop, a follow up appointment with the clinician you met with, referral for a medication consultation, or recommendations for other resources. In order to remain accessible to the greatest number of students, CCPH focuses on providing short-term and solution-focused therapy. If you need or want longer-term therapy, we can help connect you with a local provider. If it you require help urgently or need help outside of our normal office hours, CCPH offers phone crisis consultation.
