My clinical interests: I am interested in collaborating with those on their journey of self-discovery. Whether that be exploring intimacy, sex, and sexuality, learning how to cope with co-occurring disorders such as anxiety and depression, healing from trauma, or navigating through addictions/substance misuse; I take pride in creating a brave and warm place to be heard, seen, and understood without judgment.

I am also interested in working with people who want to learn more about spiritual and physical wellbeing.

More about me: During my free time I love to spend time with my family, travel, paddleboard, journal, and practice flower arrangement. Anything that has to do with music, art, and or nature, count me in.
