Join our drop-in group to learn mindful movements to help you increase your inner calm, present moment awareness, mental clarity, and focused attention. Using yoga and qi gong we will combat the effects of stress including fatigue, difficulty concentrating, decreased energy, irritability, and tension by practicing:
- breathing exercises
- grounding techniques
- flowing, gentle movements
- shaking like a tree
- tapping and self-message
No prior experience or yoga mat necessary.
