Wednesdays from 5/29/24-7/31/24 from 4:00 - 4:30 p.m.

Self-Compassion 101 offers weekly drop-ins to explore and learn ways to practice self-compassion for individuals with “loud” inner critics. Self-compassion is not a positive or negative judgment about ourselves, but rather a kind and non-judgmental way of relating and empathizing with ourselves based on increased self-understanding. 

Each session will include information about self-compassion as well as a technique or exercise to incorporate self-compassion into your daily life!
