Join our free four-session workshop in a supportive space for undergraduate students who experience anxiety in social situations. We’ll talk about ways to make friends, start conversations and maintain relationships. Learn more about social anxiety, what to do with self-criticism, and explore strategies to cope with anxiety to increase confidence and navigate social situations in college.
