Mindfulness 101

Mindfulness 101 offers weekly drop-in space to explore the benefits of mindfulness and meditation. We will open with a discussion about ways to include gratitude, compassion, and acceptance in your daily life to enhance your well-being. 

Each session will also include a 10- to 15-minute guided meditation as an opportunity to experience the benefits of mindfulness meditation and build your own practice!
