Meditation 101

Join us to learn basic meditation techniques in an open and friendly environment. Learn about the benefits of meditation and how to use your breath to bring your attention to the present moment. This 45-minute weekly drop-in meditation group is available for students to join once or as many times as they wish. All students welcome. No experience necessary.
