Are you struggling with obsessive thoughts? Have you ever thought that you might have OCD?
In this eight-week group we will work through a treatment protocol aimed to help you understand, cope with, and reduce obsessive thought loops. The group will follow the four-step model developed by Jeffrey Schwartz, M.D. Join us alongside other students managing obsessive thinking in this supportive group space.
