Struggling to express and regulate your emotions? Want to learn ways to gain more control of these emotions? In this six-session free workshop, students will learn Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills to identify, understand, and express emotions in healthier ways. Participants are expected to attend all six sessions, which will focus on how to:
- improve distress tolerance
- regulate emotions
- discover mindfulness
- identify triggers
- develop practical and empowering coping strategies
