Are you trying to find creative ways to relieve stress or try a new activity?

Do you find it difficult to express your feelings with words? 

Do you want to build artistic tools and activate different parts of your brain? 

Join us as we explore together the benefits of art therapy for our minds! We will use tools such as collage, found poetry, and painting to express our emotions. Come as you are, no previous art or therapy knowledge needed.
