This workshop series focuses on practical skills and support to help you start your semester off on the right foot. Sessions will be led by a CCPH clinician who will help you to plan for, identify, and work through challenges you are encountering as you start off your semester. These support spaces are drop-in and students can register for any or all of them.
Building Healthy Habits

Habits and routines can help you improve in many areas, including study practices, nutrition, mindfulness, movement, and more.
