Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured short-term treatment model that has been proven effective for a range of issues including but not limited to depression, stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, perfectionistic tendencies, and chronic pain.

In this eight-week treatment group participants will learn a variety of techniques to disrupt problematic thinking patterns and decrease unwanted emotions. Join us alongside other students in this supportive group space by signing up for a group screening.
