Struggling with anxiety, frequent worry, or feelings of panic?
This group provides a supportive setting to gain a deeper understanding of the underlying causes of anxiety and its impact on our everyday lives. Participants will learn a range of cognitive techniques, somatic practices, and coping skills for managing anxiety and reducing stress. Group members should plan to attend all sessions.
