Christine Catraio Ph.D. is a staff psychologist at CCPH and has specialized training in anxiety, social anxiety, depression, trauma, and college student mental health. She enjoys meeting with students from all identities and creating a safe space for students to talk about themselves authentically supporting students' personal growth and academic goals. She values building a supportive therapeutic connection and working collaboratively with students to determine strategies to navigate various stressors . Her therapeutic approach is integrative, evidence-based and grounded in feminist, multicultural, relational cultural, CBT, and solution based therapy. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, listening to music, watching all kinds of shows, and being in nature.
