About
Education:
Doctoral Candidate in Clinical Psychology (UMaine, expected 2026), Master of Arts in Psychology (UMaine, 2022), Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (UMaine, 2020).
Clinical Interests/Experience:
My clinical training has been broad, conducting in-person and telehealth services in various settings (e.g., grade school, primary care, college counseling, university private training clinic) for people managing a variety of struggles (e.g., anxiety, depression, suicidality, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, adjustment to change, substance use, work and school stress, inattention, relationships struggles, grief, and more). My therapeutic style is grounded in a flexible and collaborative Cognitive Behavioral approach that works to meet clients where they are at with their struggles. I encourage clients to take an active role in their counseling experience, whether that be through their personal reflection and self-discovery, and/or through managing emotions and implementing change throughout their life in line with their values and personal goals.
More about me:
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, writing poetry, spending time with loved ones, visiting the ocean or lake, taking my dog for a walk, going to the gym, trying new food spots, and so much more!
