Education: PsyD in Counseling Psychology, Springfield College (In Progress, August 2026), M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology, Springfield College (2023), M.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport and Exercise Psychology (2015); B.S. in Psychology, Slippery Rock University (2012)
Clinical Interests/Experience: My clinical training has been in in university counseling center and within Veteran affairs. I’m passionate about working with college students navigating the challenges that occur in this part of life. I like to work from an Acceptance Commitment (ACT) and solution focused lens, and my clinical interests include anxiety and depression, adjustments and transitions, and exploring different aspects of individual identity. I also hold a background in Sport and Exercise psychology and have had the opportunity to compete with athletes ranging from professional to youth, military, and other performers over the last 10 years. I’m passionate about integrating psychological skills training into my work.
More about me: Outside of work I like to spend time with family and friends. I am a fan of all types of sports, but especially basketball, football and golf. I’m a diehard Pittsburgh Steelers fan and an avid golfer.
