About

I am a licensed clinical social worker, who joined CCPH in August 2024. I completed my undergraduate education at UMass Amherst with a dual degree in English and Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies with a minor in Studio Art. I received my master's degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Chicago Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy and Practice. I then went on to complete a post-graduate fellowship with the Yale School of Medicine Child Study Center. I have over 10 years of experience providing individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents and their families in historically underserved and marginalized communities.

My approach to clinical work is relational, strengths-based, and client-centered. I enjoy collaborating with students to increase self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-confidence. I use a variety of approaches tailored to each student's specific needs, including mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral modalities (DBT and ACT), trauma-informed modalities (somatic approaches and EMDR), narrative therapy, self-compassion therapy, and contemporary relational psychodynamic psychotherapy.

I grew up in Western Massachusetts. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, cooking, watching movies, running with my dogs, photography and making pottery.

Clinical interests: Anxiety, depression, adjustments and transitions, family issues, crisis response and relationship issues.
