Required COVID-19 Test for Off-campus Students - Week of September 7

Dear Student, 

Thank you for your cooperation in scheduling and completing your tests at Public Health Promotion Center at the Mullins Center to date. Your efforts in getting tested are an essential component of our campus COVID response plan. We are all in this together and appreciate your time and commitment to coming in to get tested.

For all students living off campus in the Amherst area, we are requiring a third round of testing to be completed between Monday, September 7 and Friday, September 11, 2020. The instructions below guide you through the scheduling process.

Go to Campus Health Hub

To schedule your test appointment:  

  1. Go to “Book an Appointment” 
  2. Click “Walk-In” or “Drive Up” 
  3. Chose the date and click next 
  4. Select an appointment

Remember to complete the Daily Symptom Checklist every day in the UMass Campus Health HubIf you have any of the symptoms in the Daily Symptom Checklist DO NOT come to the Public Health Promotions Center at the Mullins Center for testing. Follow UHS steps by texting SYMPTOM to 413-944-8562 to self-schedule an appointment for a COVID-19 test.

You are receiving this email because you signed the UMass Amherst Community Agreement and have either a permanent address or a mailing address in the Amherst area but are not expected to have access to campus facilities for work, dining, or face-to-face instruction.  If your situation has changed and you no longer fit into this category, please update your address in SPIRE and email  to be removed from this list. The Amherst area is defined as Amherst, Hadley, Sunderland, Belchertown, Pelham, Shutesbury, and Leverett.
