Kavita Ilona Nayar


Kavita Ilona Nayar is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Communication at UMass Amherst. She holds an M.A. in Media Studies and Production and certificate in Women's Studies from Temple University and a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Michigan. Currently in the works, her dissertation explores women’s experiences of sexual commerce and the mediation of intimacy within the digital cultural contexts of adult webcam modeling and sugar dating.
