Submit an Event/Announcement to the Weekly Bulletin

The Weekly Bulletin is a newsletter published by the Center for Multicultural Advancement and Student Success each Friday that aggregates happenings on- and off-campus as well as other announcements (internship/job openings, support events, etc.) relevant to our communities.

If you would like to submit an event, announcement, etc. to be considered for the Weekly Bulletin, use the form below. For any questions, please contact: cmass@umass.edu 

What is the name of your event or announcement?
When is your event happening? If it occurs on multiple dates, please enter all dates. If this is an announcement, for when will your announcement be applicable?
Where will this event take place? Leave blank if not applicable.
Write a brief description of your event/announcement that will appear alongside any graphics you choose to submit. These "blurbs" should be descriptive and informative. Generally, blurbs range from 50-200 words and they include just the key points. If you would like any word/set of words hyperlinked, please include include it in parenthesis next to the word. For example: UMass Amherst (www.umass.edu)
Please upload a high quality version of your flyer or graphic that you would like to appear with your submission to the Weekly Bulletin. Files must be less than 50MBs and JPG images are preferred. (However, other file formats are accepted: GIF, PNG, PDF, PPT, etc.)
