Newsletter Submissions

The CMASS Weekly Bulletin e-newsletter is sent to our affiliated undergraduate students each Friday during fall and spring semesters. It includes on- and off-campus event listings and announcements for internships and job opportunities, scholarships, courses, support services, etc. of interest to our communities.

Please submit items for inclusion in the CMASS Weekly Bulletin at least one (1) week before your scheduled event date. If you miss the newsletter deadline, we may still be able to post your event to our social media channels.

Please note that CMASS will only include event submissions that are free to students in our weekly newsletter.

Be sure to include:

  1. Name of event or opportunity
  2. Date | time | location
  3. A brief (1–3 sentence) description
  4. URL that students can click for full details and/or registration
  5. Accompanying image for use in the Weekly Bulletin: Image should be square, should contain little or no text, and be representative of the event.
  6. Contact person's name, email address, and phone number in case more information is needed.
  7. (Optional) Electronic version of your event flyer
