Kimberly Parekh and Assela Luena met in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Assela is now the head of the Skills Development Fund Department with the Tanzanian Education Authority. Kimberly is working with the World Bank. They are working together on developing the design, piloting the approach and then implementing the Fund.
