Neumiah Massenat (DuChene group) has been awarded the prestigious Graduate Research Fellowship from the NSF for her proposal “Investigating the Electrochemical Nucleation and Growth of Shaped-Controlled Copper Nanoparticles for Electrocatalysis Applications.” Neumiah’s research will lay the foundation for the development of new techniques for the synthesis of shape-controlled catalytic nanoparticles, with eventual applications in electrocatalysis for solar-to-fuel energy conversion.
