Inspired by Mother Nature
Top Chefs in the nation will demonstrate how to cook simply with basic ingredients from as close to the earth as possible.
In this dazzling cultural exchange that pairs some top American chefs with some local folk - farmers and artisanal food producers - look for fast-paced culinary artistry to showcase what's possible when both collaborate. Each chef will have only fifteen minutes to make the magic happen. Prepared food will be sampled later by spectators.
