Caribbean Adventure
This course will teach you “innovative” menu ideas that will make you feel like it is summer all year round.  From plentiful, tropical, and exotic ingredients to magnificent seafood choices, this cuisine combines diverse flavors and cultures all in one.  It almost seems like the Caribbean is the crossroads of the world with the introduction of ingredients such as okra, yams, and spices that make some dishes like Caribbean Pork Loin and Callaloo some of the favorites.
