American Culinary Federation (ACF) Sanctioned Team Culinary Competition
One of the most anticipated events during the conference. Let the competition begin. There will be fourteen teams of four competing in the hot food competition. Each team will be given a mystery basket of products with which they will have three hours to prepare 10 servings. More details will be provided at Thursday’s mandatory afternoon meeting. The competitions are evaluated by a panel of national judges, Noble Masi, CEPC, CMB, AAC, HOF Lead Judge, Anton Flory CMC, AAC, Walter Zuromski CEC, Daniel Dumont, Nick Zakharoff and Christopher Tanner (apprentice). Limited to 14 teams. Register early to get in!

Awards and Medals
Presentation for the 2008 American Culinary Federation (ACF) Sanctioned Team Competition medals.

Bus will be provided to and from hotel on an on-going basis. For those teams that are competing, please make sure you are able to stay until 4:30 pm for the presentation of medals.
