Paul King

Paul King has been the editor-in-chief of FoodService Director since February 2007. A native of Pittsburgh, Pa., who moved to New York City in 1984, Paul began covering non-commercial foodservice when he joined Food Management as an associate editor. He fell in love with the food business, and has never stopped covering the industry. After 11 years at Food Management, he was hired as senior editor at Nation's Restaurant News. In June 2006, after a short stint as a freelance writer, he joined the staff at FSD and was appointed editor-in-chief in February 2007. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in journalism and speech from Duquesne University.
