Frank Terranova

Frank Terranova is an associate instructor in the College of Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University’s Providence Campus. He teaches classes in Advanced Buffet Catering and Special Function Operations. Ask anyone in Rhode Island to quote Frank Terranova, and they’ll say, "Now THAT’S Cooking with Class!" It’s his signature line as host of Cooking with Class®, a daily television cooking segment on the local NBC affiliate.

Terranova's career began at the popular Twin Oaks Restaurant in Rhode Island; soon afterwards, he became the executive chef of the culinary program at Rhode Island School of Design. He has received the College's prestigious Escoffier Award in recognition of his contributions in inspiring future culinarians.

Terranova writes the "Made with Love" column and reviews restaurants for Me Magazine. In addition, he has worked many radio shows and he serves as corporate chef for three food companies. He co-published a cookbook, New Paradigm Cooking, and has appeared in "Master Class at Johnson & Wales University," a television series that airs on PBS stations around the country.
