CEPA is a student power organization that believes in building grassroots power movements to expand the political consciousness of the campus. We train, educate, and mobilize students around issues of education justice in order to shift the dynamics of power and make concrete change within higher education and beyond.

The vision of CEPA is to be a part of a broader student and human rights movement that works towards collective liberation within the university and beyond. CEPA strives to shape a world free of oppression with the necessary resources for people to live their lives with dignity. CEPA believes that education is a human right, that our students and governing bodies should be representative of their populations, that people and the environment are to be protected and free from, exploitation, and that power be equitably distributed.
