UMass Amherst has a hybrid "hub and spoke" model for Career Services. The Career Development and Professional Connections office serves as the "Hub", while career centers across campus serve as the "Spokes". The goal of our structure is to provide major-specific career content knowledge to students while also providing efficient, "one-stop" service to employers who are looking to engage with students across disciplines. We also have a dedicated career services professional on our Mount Ida campus in Newton, MA.
